As consumers become more and more reliant on mobile phones, demand for more and more mobile data increases. We all know unlimited plans exist, but what is the solution when you reach your data limit and pay day isn’t until the end of the month?
Introducing the Billaway app.
Yesterday, it was announced that AT&T have partnered up with a new tech startup out of NYC called Billaway. By downloading the Billaway app, AT&T subscribers can lower what they spend on their mobile devices, simply by sharing their opinions.
All the user has to do is download the Billaway app, and answer different surveys. For each survey that is completed, the user will get a certain amount of credit which is directly applied to your mobile account. The surveys range in topics from food, movies, sports, technology and more and are not long so they don’t take a lot of time to complete.
There is no cap on how much free data a user can earn and users are encouraged to complete as many surveys as possible. The more you do. The more you earn! The amount of 4G mobile data achieved from completing several surveys for example results in the users receiving up to 500MB of free 4G mobile data. This would allow for a mobile subscriber to conduct an extra 28 hours of social media browsing or stream 11 hours of music.
